Due to the limited availability of appointments, a 24hour cancellation period is applicable. Any appointments made will require part payment upfront and in the event of cancellation after the 24hours policy has lapsed the payment will be retained. If you wish to rearrange before 24 hours, the payment will be carried onto that appointment.
I’m sure you can appreciate that I am a small business and last minute cancellations cost me other business.
