Being a woman
My life has taken many paths and along the way ive learnt a lot about peoples behaviors
a lot of women and children suffer with low confidence & self esteem ... I my self suffered these traits ... so personally know what effect that has on a person and their life .. it is the key to achieving or not achieving ... Lush Curves has a passion to help people feel strong mentally and physically ... One woman began it, with a passion to hold out a hand and help others on to a positive energy so we can all achieve together
Being an ex fighter , but also a person that has struggled with weight , a qualified Hypnotherapist .. EYFS 0 to 19 practitioner .. working with children in the care systems working with women, seeing alot of low confidence self doubt our aim is to aid self growth and belief
