✨February Women’s Circle – Journey with the Maiden Archetype✨

As winter begins to soften and the first whispers of renewal stir beneath the surface, we gather to honour the Maiden — the archetype of innocence, curiosity, possibility, and new beginnings. She lives within each of us. The part that wonders…The part that dares to step beyond what is known... The part that seeks her own path while gently questioning the rules she has inherited.

Together, we will explore how we meet life through fresh eyes. How we listen for the quiet call of our own becoming. How we allow ourselves to remain open to mystery, growth, and transformation.

You are warmly invited into a sacred and brave space, gathered and held within the wisdom of women, where every story, every experience, and every unfolding is held with deep witnessing, compassion, and non-judgement.

Our evening begins with a guided meditation to invite inner connection followed by ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and softening the mind. From this place of surrender we move into journaling, allowing inner wisdom to rise to the surface. Those who feel called may share, as shared voices often illuminate new pathways of understanding.

Saturday, 14th Feb, 11am - 1pm. Beginner vinyasa: Foundations and Flow- Part 2

This second workshop focuses on learning the foundational asana commonly found in vinyasa yoga and bringing them together into short, simple flows. We’ll break down key poses, then practice linking them with breath to build familiarity and confidence.

The pace is supportive and accessible, making this workshop ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to feel more comfortable moving through a vinyasa class. Participation in Part One is helpful but not required.

✨ Beginner Vinyasa: Foundations & Flow – Part 1 ✨
🗓 Saturday 31st January | 11am–1pm

If you’ve ever felt curious about yoga but unsure where to start, or if vinyasa classes have felt a little fast or confusing, this workshop is for you.

In this 2-hour beginner-friendly session, we’ll slow things down and introduce vinyasa as a mindful, intentional ritual. You’ll learn the foundational poses, but more importantly, how to move between them with awareness, safety, and ease. We’ll explore how breath guides movement, breaking down common transitions so they feel smooth, supportive, and accessible.

Expect clear guidance, simple flows, and plenty of time to pause, ask questions, and really understand what you’re doing on the mat. The pace will be steady and welcoming, helping you build confidence and trust in your body.

No prior yoga experience is needed. This space is designed especially for beginners, or anyone wanting to return to the fundamentals with curiosity and care.

In January, we gather in circle to begin a journey into Carl Jung’s archetypal wisdom — ancient, universal patterns carried within us all, woven through our shared human story. These archetypes quietly shape our lives, guiding us toward wholeness, integration, and self-realisation.

This month, we meet the Child archetype — the keeper of innocence, curiosity, potential, and new beginnings. Through gentle exploration, we ask: Where does the Child live within us? What is ready to be remembered, healed, or reborn?

You are lovingly invited into this sacred, brave space, created by women for women — where every story is welcomed, every emotion honoured, and every journey witnessed without judgment. Here, we gather in nurture, mutual support, and deep listening.

Our evening begins with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and softening the body, followed by a guided meditation to invite surrender and inner connection. From this place, we move into journaling, allowing whatever wishes to surface to be gently expressed. Sharing and reflection follow, offering clarity, resonance, and collective healing.

✨ Yin Yoga & Meditation with Katarina
Once a month · Sunday evening · 90 minutes · £15 pp
A slow, restorative, and deeply healing practice.
Each month is thoughtfully themed as we explore different aspects of the body, work with the meridian system, and practise yin asanas inspired by yoga philosophy. The focus is on letting go and allowing the new.
• Poses are held for just over 3 minutes
• 60 minutes of gentle yet deep body work
• 30 minutes of guided meditation
This session is perfect for anyone seeking stillness, balance, and nervous system support.

🌙 Women’s Circle
Last Sunday of each month · 7pm start · £20 pp
A sacred space created for women, by women.
Each month we gather around a new theme designed to support growth, healing, and self-exploration.
The circle includes:
• Ceremonial cacao
• Guided journaling
• Open, heartfelt sharing
The finish time is fluid and guided by the natural flow of conversation; it’s unusual for the circle to end before 10pm.

✨ Soundbath at Flow for All Yoga✨

Join us at Flow for All Yoga on Saturday 10th January at 6pm for a deeply nourishing Restorative Soundbath with Anna from Nurturing Rituals.

A soundbath is a calming, meditative experience where you’ll be gently guided into deep rest while surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, this session helps to calm the nervous system, release stress, and support emotional and mental balance.

No experience needed, just lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you 💫
