Play time with blocks! Honestly, it’s so much fun ✨

Been using them loads lately for arm balances, jump throughs and L sits and they help SO much. That little bit of extra height/space makes it easier to actually understand the movement instead of just forcing your way through it 😅

A reminder that props aren’t cheating , they’re there to help you learn and move better 🫶

Arm balance & Technique Workshops coming soon 👀✨

Strong Chaturanga doesn’t come from forcing the pose, it comes from drilling the right muscles 🔥
These drills builds control, shoulder stability, and the strength you need to lower with confidence instead of collapsing into it.

Slow. Controlled. Consistent.
That’s the real yoga strength practice. 🧘‍♀️💪

Consistency is where the real transformation happens. 🤍

Not in one class.
Not in one perfect practice.
But in the quiet decision to keep showing up for yourself again and again.

Yoga teaches us that growth isn’t always loud or immediate. Sometimes it’s subtle. A deeper breath. A calmer reaction. More mobility in the body. More balance in the mind. More softness toward yourself.

Every time you step onto the mat, you’re building something, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Some days the practice feels strong and energising.
Some days it feels slow and difficult.
Both matter.

The real magic is in the return. The willingness to come back, exactly as you are.

Your practice doesn’t ask for perfection. Only presence. ✨

👋Tuesday Teacher Feature: Meet Faith👋

💫 What are you currently reading?

Panpsychism: The Philosophy of the Sensuous Cosmos. A really thoughtful and almost poetic book that explores the idea that consciousness exists throughout the universe, in all things, including nature itself.

💫 How would you describe your teaching style in 3 words?

Lighthearted, empowering, creative

💫 What's your post teaching routine?

I live about a 15 minute drive from the studio, and I always leave class on a high, so the music goes up and I have a little jam in the car on the way home! Once I’m back, it’s usually a cup of tea and a catch-up with my husband and children before winding down.

💫 A place you could go to over and over again?

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to some beautiful places, but nothing compares to the feeling of coming home. I recently moved back to the village I grew up in, and it just feels so incredibly right. My family are my home, and home is the place I could return to again and again, the only place I’d never want to leave.
