👉 stay hydrated & avoid sugary processed foods
👉 keep skin clean, hydrated & protected, keep makeup to a minimum on the days leading up to the event
👉 1-3 days prior to event book a facial in clinic, this will be tailored to your skin needs, plus purchase a face mask in clinic for the evening before the event- leave on for 45mins 👌
👉 Injectable treatments should usually be considered 6 weeks prior to event
Long Term-
👉 routine at home skin care. For most cases unless a skin concern is present. A simple cleanser & moisturiser is fine, SPF always and an active ingredient overnight in ageing skin (30+ 🥲), is usually more than enough.
👉 JOIN the monthly skin subscription in clinic, this gives your skin the variety of treatments it needs to create that long term goal, 60mins every month dedicated to your skin.
👉 seek advise if you have a skin problem, i.e Acne, Rosacea, Hyperpigmentation, Dermatitis
👉 consider lifestyle factors- i.e- Gut health, smoking, stress
