Did you know that grinding or clenching your teeth - often while you sleep - could be damaging your smile more than you realise? This condition is called bruxism, and it's more common than you might think.
❗ Common signs of bruxism include: worn or flattened teeth, jaw pain or stiffness, headaches (especially in the morning), tooth sensitivity, and disrupted sleep.
Bruxism can sneak up on you, especially during times of stress. But the good news is it’s treatable!
