Getting jacked, lean and strong ⬇️
When you’re new to training, you’ll improve everything at the same time.
But, the more advanced you get, the harder it becomes to keep that rate of progress.
So, the next logical step is to split your goal up into phases.
Each phase has a specific end outcome, which benefits from the last one.
That way, we can get jacked and massive and lean and strong as quickly as possible.
For most people, the best sequence is:
Get Strong -> Strength block
Get Lean -> Put down the fork
Get Massive -> Hypertrophy work
Get Strong
Get Lean
Get Massive
Get Strong
Get Lean
Get Massive
Each of these phases will last for different time periods, depending on which traits you need more of.
Then, you just rinse and repeat as, eventually, you will be jacked and massive and lean and strong...
Long term, this is MUCH faster than trying to do everything all at once.
So.. if you’re not sure where to start -> Get strong first, then reassess.
Belly too big? -> Get lean.
Gains still to be had? -> Keep getting strong.
Sleeves a little loose? -> Get Massive.
