Collection of the scooters is from 10am on the day you arrive. If a scooter is available beforehand . You can collect it early.
on the day of departure please return your scooter 9.30am
Security Bonds are returned by bank transfer within 48 hours . This gives us time to check if any damage has happened to our scooter whilst in your charge, and the scooter has been returned fully charged.

Non refundable Deposit of £20 to secure the booking. £50 security bond. payable Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday

WILL result in immediate withdrawal of the scooter. You will lose your £50 security bond and No refunds given. It is illegal for any child to be permitted on the scooter at any time. No second chances given. As safety is paramount.
If intoxicated.
Leave the scooter covered in a safe place. Given notice to us or a member of staff.
The Flamingo Land buggy is safe and free. You can collect the scooter the following morning.
