So yesterday was the very last day of retreats at Clover mill aranged by Julie . I've worked for her for about 4 years I think 🤔 The place is so magical and I really enjoyed every single day working there for the retreats . Julie has created something unique you can't find enywhere else .
I've met the beautiful people and the therapist and I think friends for life . Yvonne was making me smile everytime we worked together . Even on the last day she made these photoshots to finish work together with a smile . 😅 I love Clover Mill 🍀 ❤️

Autumn is here . Shorter days, cooler temperatures, longer evenings. It's time to adjust again. It's normal to feel a little heavier. It's important to take supplements and exercise regularly. 🧡 HELLO NEW FOLLOWERS 🧡

I’m Holly, Founder of Hypnobirthing with Holly and I wanted to introduce myself.

I’m a single mother of two and live in Worcester city centre with my two daughters and our cat Bagheera.

I’m a very creative soul with a background in performing and once had my own princess entertainment business Princess For Tea which some of you may recognise me from. You may have even booked me for your children’s parties!

I love yoga, baking, gardening and shopping second hand and I’m definitely most at peace when I’m in nature.

I took a Hypnobirthing course during my second pregnancy after an extremely traumatic birth with my firstborn and it was honestly life changing. I was able to learn coping techniques and advocate for myself as I navigated a pregnancy on my own. I went on to birth my second daughter in the most perfect way even when my birth plan went off course and it is definitely my biggest achievement to date!

My mission is to help women and birthing people access the right information to make the decisions on how they birth their babies and feel confident and empowered to take charge of their experience.
