As most of you will know my previous page Gateway Therapies had access well and truly denied regarding a business name change.

Therefore I started afresh 🌟

However, all of my services remain the same.
These are;

• Well-being workshops and individual sessions

• Exploration through creativity (Singing/Art)

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, despite being nearly at 500 followers I have had to make the decision to start up a new page 😅

I have recently decided to compost the name ‘Gateway Therapies’ and instead will use my own name Stephanie Charlotte as my business name and for marketing purposes.

Facebook really doesn’t like you changing your business name on here if it is too different from your current business name. I have tried absolutely everything, from changing the odd word or two, reaching out to Facebook support etc and despite this, cannot find a way to change my name.

Therefore, I trust the universe has other ideas 😅 and that perhaps this is all part of the death and rebirth process of life and the current space I am in.

When life breaks you, it is because you are ready to be put back together differently.
Every piece of you that feels shattered is a piece that will find a new place, a new purpose, a new meaning. Trust that the cracks are where the light gets in.
And sometimes, in our brokenness, we find our greatest wholeness.
We find the courage to rebuild, to reimagine, to redefine what it means to be strong.
You are not broken; you are breaking through ..

Right now, you're living in survival mode,
You're numb, lifeless, exhausted.
Now and again you feel that panic,
when you realise how far you've sailed from your old self.
But this is temporary.

You're doing what your human instinct told you to do.
You're hunkered down, getting through, enduring.
It's not permanent.
When your world feels safe again,
when you take the first tentative steps back out there, you'll resurface.
Your spark will reignite.
Lightly at first but then brighter than ever before.

Right now, you're living in survival mode and that's ok my friend.

You'll be back.

Labyrinth.

“A complicated irregular network of passages or paths in which it is difficult to find one’s way; a maze”

I have been really drawn to Labyrinths for some time now, but this year in particular I seem to be more drawn to them than ever.

As a therapist, It only seems natural to me that we experience many labyrinths in our lifetime. Sometimes many different labyrinths at the same time.

The labyrinth of relationships
The labyrinth of personal patterns or repeated cycles
The labyrinth of trauma and loss of self
The labyrinth of our whole existence

I know what that’s like.

I have been in the labyrinth, many labyrinths in fact….unable to find my way through or out.

I feel my whole lifetime thus far has been about preparing me to help others.

To recognise the place you may be stuck in your labyrinth.

To come and greet you there, to sit with you in stillness, to sit with you in all emotions that you may be experiencing and to gently and encouragingly support you find your way through and out.

The labyrinth can teach us so much.
Sometimes it is SO necessary to wander into this space.
Often the only way out, is in.

Cycles of death and rebirth.

Chapters of recalibrations and momentum.
