📢🗯️ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 📢🗯️

As part of the Social Opportunities Grant from Herefordshire SEND services, we applied for and have been awarded funding to deliver a block of FREE preschool intervention groups! 💫

Introducing SMILE, a free parent/carer and toddler group for families in the Herefordshire community. This group is for toddlers to support their social communication and interaction development, led by 2 of our Wordful Speech and Language Therapists. The groups will be small, structured and themed, with social and play opportunities, building communication skills in a safe environment 🧡

If you think we could help your child, please complete the referral form - link in bio📝

Criteria:
- A Herefordshire Postcode
- Children aged 2-4 with language and/or communication delay
- Be able to travel to Ledbury Children’s Centre on dates outlined
- Completed referral form: see link in bio or email hello@wordful.co.uk

Please note all referrals will be screened and booking confirmed by Friday 29th August 2025 💚

has been working with a little boy on final consonant deletion but he’s apprehensive about therapy, often disengaging and becoming dysregulated if sounds or talking is mentioned… so a box of symbolic sounds was made! 🫧🎷🔨🐝🤖🚗💩

He is now accessing speech sound therapy through play but is having fun & starting to use /p/ in final sounds 🤩❣️

Join us for a SEN Stay & Play session with the new and beautiful Little Olive's in Malvern! 💚

This is a quieter, calmer session than a typical stay and play, where your child can explore at their own pace and you can receive professional advice from Holly, one of our Senior Speech and Language Therapists 🧡
