Understanding your needs: When we first talk to you, we will get to understand your needs, allowing us to customise our care plan accordingly. Highly personalised care plans: When we have an initial consultation, we learn your routine, habits, likes and dislikes. We will then tailor a plan that suits your individual needs and personal choices. Draft of the care plan provided: Before we begin our care, we will give you a draft of the care plan and only after you are okay with it, will we go ahead. At any given time if you are unhappy with any of your caregivers, we will find you someone more suitable. High standards: At Acer Care, we believe in providing you with the sort of home care that we would happily provide our own families with.

Care Coordinator – Malvern (Covering Herefordshire & Worcestershire)

Acer Care is a well-established care provider with over 16 years of experience, dedicated to delivering exceptional care across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in Malvern.

Position Details:

Part-time role with flexible hours — opportunity to become full-time if desired
Working alongside our existing management team

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with staff rotas and scheduling
Conducting spot checks and on-call duties
Completing new client assessments and care plans
Carrying out risk assessments
Supporting and supervising care staff
Providing care calls when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Compassionate and professional approach to care
