Highly personalised care plans: When we have an initial consultation, we learn your routine, habits, likes and

dislikes. We will then tailor a plan that suits your individual needs and personal choices. Draft of the care plan provided: Before we begin our care, we will give you a draft of the care plan and only after you are okay with it, will we go ahead. At any given time if you are unhappy with any of your caregivers, we will find you someone more suitable. High standards: At Acer Care, we believe in providing you with the sort of home care that we would happily provide our own families with.
