I am so touched and filled with happiness, yesterday my Woodland Yoga and Relaxation Day Retreat happened and it truly was a special day. These take months to organize, and 24 women came together and were fabulous people, friendly, open and it made for an extra special day, thank you for coming!

Angie Jayne and Dougie Latham Sacred Earth Sound Therapy and Rebecca Gunton you were incredible with your gifts and teachings. Thank you, best soundbath ever and Becky your gargatuan effort on all sides of a 12 hour day, so blessed to share with you all.

See you next year hopefully,planning and plotting already. Big thank you to Annabel and Mark at Woodland tipis.💚
