Classes start back next week The Centre of the Hills - Malvern with me Meridian Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation teaching
Here is my latest review for my Meditation, Breathing and Guided Relaxation Classes. I am really looking forward to returning to the beautiful studio next week to share all my classes.
Yoga Monday , Wednesday and Thursday 10-11:30
and Wednesday evening (Womens group) 6:30 -7:30 pm
Meditation, breathing and guided relaxation classes
Monday 12-1 pm
Thursday 11:45-12:45 pm
After 21 years of teaching what I have learned is that people need an avenue, a route to unwind and reconnect with the body and all aspects of self. So often we are led up the garden path by our minds, which control what we do, say, where we go, how we behave, how we think. Some studies state we have 60,000 thoughts a day and 75% can be negative and repetitive, when being led in my classes I occupy your mind and bring you into your body and develop grounding, foster release of stress and tensions and encourage new pathways to be built, either through the Yoga Classes or Meditation classes or both! Many students now come to both classes as a wrap around support system for well being, and the feedback is incredible.
Just before the Easter break, a student had me in tears, saying that having come to so many different types of yoga classes over the years, he said my classes were genuinely the best he had ever been to, so inclusive, and the environment I create is so calming and safe. Comments like these encourage me to go on sharing what I do, I absolutely love my work and developing into Meditation, breathing and guided relaxation classes is a great joy, but why? The gathering together of people from all walks of life and creating a community where people want to keep coming back and seeing friendships form, laughter, communication, tears, men gathering, women gathering is an absolute honour to me and I am truly grateful for each person's prescence.
