Several years in, after winning numerous awards as the beauty pad, and with a queue of clients out the door wanting her services, she decided that in her bid to continually improve and better the service, she wanted to expand...

Malvern Serenity was created in Malvern in October 2018 after a years hard work, planning and preparation. Malvern Serenity brings over all of the values established in the beauty pad and hold the mission too... help each of their customers find somewhere to catch a breath, unwind, and feel pampered away from the ‘busyness’ of modern day life.

With a range of services right through from relaxing massages, facials and a floatation tank, through to laser hair removal, fat freezing, a nail bar, pedicure station and blow dry bar we are sure to have something for everything.

Did we mention there is also a gorgeous relaxation room fully available to all clients, it is even stocked with wine if you fancy a cheeky tipple to treat yourself.
