Here's something most people don't know:

- Your body is probably already changing. Fat is reducing. Muscle is building.
- The transformation is happening, you just can't see it on the scale because the scale can't tell the difference between the two.
- This is called body recomposition and it's one of the most frustrating and most misunderstood parts of a fitness journey.

The problem isn't your effort. It's your measurement.

Because your body weight isn't one thing. it's four. Fat, muscle, water, and bone. The scale has no idea which is which.

Here's what most health trackers completely miss: visceral fat. The fat stored deep around your organs that's invisible on the outside, undetectable on the scale, and yet one of the strongest predictors of your long-term health.
