The importance of HYDRATION π¦
Dehydration can cause dizziness, fatigue and can turn our urine a dark yellow colour. The kidneys try to keep as much water as possible and our urine becomes more concentrated! ππ»
We all know the benefits of water and always good to add lemon or cucumber slices for some flavour ππ₯
You might feel your appetite decreases as the body is trying to keep cool and we lose water, vitamins and minerals through perspiration π₯΅ this contributes to chemical imbalances which can suppress our appetite.

*Celery - can be eaten raw
*Cucumber - 96% water content
