We're Back From Our Adventures and Happy to Share the Good News with You!! * Drink More Water (at least 16 Cups per day)
*Pump After Nursing- Manually or use an electric pump for 10 minutes three times a day and schedule at same times in the day *Check the Latch- A correct Latch is Super important to prevent pain and soreness as pain can prevent or lower milk production * Skin to Skin- Try facing babies belly against yours to increase endorphins and oxytocin's

We all have a leak of milk occur, sometimes before we even begin to breastfeed. Prepared or unprepared.

But the bloomin best thing about it is it can be brought with you everywhere you go but not always easy to carry.
