The font you choose for your writing sends out a very clear message - make sure it’s the message you want!

In medical writing, as with all writing, the number one priority when picking which font to use is clarity. The font should be easy to read and not distract from the content of your writing.
You should also bear in mind whether your writing is going to be read on a computer or on paper as some fonts are better suited to one or other medium.
Finally: Remember your audience! If you’re writing a formal document, be sure to use a formal font.
