Hello. I am a qualified and experienced Psychology and Health and Social Care Teacher and I've taught in Greater Manchester Sixth Form Colleges for over 12 years.
I have some availability for tuiton. I’m open to tutoring individuals of any age who are in need of assistance with their education. I aim to facilitate your learning by motivating you and helping you to gain a deeper understanding of your chosen subject/course/project and to assist you to ascertain your learning goals.
Sessions are tailored to suit individual client needs, assistance can be provided in person, over the phone or via online video calling, at a time that is convenient to you.
Exam preparation, coursework completion, proof reading/pre marking of work prior to official submission. University and Job Application and Interview Preparation and Careers Advice.
Assistance with the development of confidence and self-esteem, self-care, mindfulness and maintaining healthy relationships.
Ongoing tutoring and one off “deadline dash” support sessions are available to book.
I have a lot of experience working with individuals struggling with mental health issues, SEND students (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc) and with working with individuals experiencing a wide range of both physical and cognitive difficulties, assisting individuals to identify and overcome any barriers to their learning and to enable them to achieve their academic, career and life progression goals.
I specialise in the encouragement and maintenance of good health and well-being; identifying, engaging and promoting the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of my clients.
I am proficient at dealing with difficult and challenging situations, assisting individuals to discover, understand and overcome any barriers to the attainment of your life, career, and educational goals.
