Music therapy courses designed to inspire positive mental health and well-being.

Music therapy has been proven to stimulate and improve the three 'C's' integral to positive mental health, Co ordination, Co operation, Communication.

Our music workshops and courses available include:

1. Meditation Music of the Indonesian Steel Tongue Drum

2. Polynesian Ukulele Peaceful Play

3. African Group Drumming

4. Bamboo Tamboo Carnival Beats.

Our professional tutors can deliver workshops at your hospice, recreational, rehabilitation centre as well as at our community centres throughout the North West.

All instruments are included and workshops are completed with a finale perfomance where appropriate.

We look forward to forming Mitie Minds with you.
