Meet one of my lovely members Caroline.... 30 weeks ago Caroline walked through the doors of my group & on Monday she achieved her 4st award 💪💪....
Not knowing what Slimming World was all about, Caroline quickly adapted to the healthier lifestyle.... She's had holidays, weekends away & nights out, still achieving those goals she'd set....

So super proud of my members as they've achieved the highest % of losing 1lb or more for a 2nd month running, but also my new members who joined in July achieved an average loss of 5lbs 🙂🙂.... Keep going guys & let's see if we can achieve those great losses for August 🩵🩵....

Looking for something sweet 🍬? Why not try our quick and easy 2 Syn strawberry trifles 🤩. All you need to do is 👨‍🍳:

1️⃣ layer 4 bowls with chopped strawberries and pour over a made-up 11.5g sachet of sugar-free jelly 🍓.
2️⃣ mix a 150g pot of light custard with 150g quark to make your middle layer 🍨.
3️⃣ top with a dollop of fat free natural yogurt and more strawberries 😍.
