I used to dread summer… now I can’t wait for it ☀️

There’s 3 stone between these two photos… but the biggest difference isn’t just what you can see 👇

In the first photo, I was counting down the days hoping summer wouldn’t come too quickly…. Feeling hot, uncomfortable, hiding in clothes that didn’t feel like me… and honestly, just not feeling confident in my own skin.

Fast forward to now…
I feel lighter, more confident, and actually excited to wear what I want, go on holiday, and enjoy every moment without overthinking it.

And here’s the thing — I didn’t cut myself off from life. No missing out.

Just consistency, support, and a plan that actually works around real life.

Same girl. Different mindset. 💭✨

Showing up… but not fully in it. Waiting for the “right time”, the motivation, the Monday.

The photo on the right?
Still living life, still going out, still making memories…
But this time with consistency, confidence, and a promise I kept to myself. 💪🏼

I didn’t lose weight by putting my life on hold.
I lost it by showing up on the days I could control — and letting that be enough.

Because it’s never about being perfect…
It’s about being consistent when it actually counts. 🤍

Summer is literally around the corner… and you’ve got two choices 👀

You can keep saying “I’ll start Monday”
Keep putting it off
Keep wishing you felt more confident…

OR

You can draw a line in the sand today and actually do something about it 💥

No extremes.
No cutting yourself off from life.

Day 3 on Step 4 & honestly… this is where things start to feel really sustainable 🤍

Started the day as always with a cup of tea, then stayed on top of my water (3 full Stanleys ✔️). It honestly makes SUCH a difference to energy, hunger & staying on track.

Breakfast was a mousse again today and I’m not over it yet 🙌🏼 It just feels so much more satisfying than a shake – funny how actually eating something can make all the difference!

Lunch was one of my Old El Paso wraps (such a good find 👏🏼) with some leftover gammon – simple, quick and still completely on plan.

And dinner… WOW 😍 Thai red prawn curry and it did not disappoint – proper, tasty meals alongside structure.

Proof that you don’t need to feel restricted to get results… you just need the right balance 💫

Day 2 on Step 4 & I’m feeling GOOD 🙌✨

This is your reminder that weight loss doesn’t have to be boring, restrictive or miserable 👇

Started the day as always with electrolytes + tea with collagen ☕️
Breakfast = gingerbread latte shake turned mousse (game changer 😍)
Got out for a walk and made the most of the sunshine ☀️
Hydration on point 💧 3 full Stanley’s today (non-negotiable habit)

Lunch was a surprise fave… low-cal Old El Paso thin fajita wraps (97 cals each!) 🌯
Dinner = chicken shawarma on a small flatbread with salad + fat-free yoghurt dressing 🤤
And finished the day with a peanut crispy bar 🙌

This is Step 4… real food, structure, balance AND results 💪

If you think weight loss has to be boring… think again 👇🏼

Today looked like this:
☕️ Started with my usual tea + collagen
🥣 Breakfast was granola with fat-free Greek-style yoghurt
💧 Electrolytes to keep hydration up
🎬 Lunch at the cinema = fruit & nut bar + the biggest “small” Pepsi Max 😂
💦 3 full Stanleys of water across the day
🍜 Dinner = M&S prawn stir-fry with veggies & noodles
🍓 Finished with a strawberry shake mousse (giving Angel Delight vibes 🤌🏼)

And THIS is Step 4 of The 1:1 Diet — 2 products + 800 calories of real food 🙌🏼

Balanced. Flexible. Real life. ✔️

No cutting yourself off
