Weight loss doesn’t mean isolating yourself or saying no to everything you love. It’s about making mindful choices most of the time and staying consistent where you can — not being perfect.

As a busy, full-time working mum, Sam needed a plan that was easy, convenient, and flexible enough to still enjoy meals with her family in the evenings.

Protein plays a huge role in weight loss, not just because it’s filling, but because of what it does inside your body.
