✨ WEEK 1 RESULTS! ✨
I’m so pleased to say I’ve lost 6.2lbs in just ONE week on Step 2 of The 1:1 Diet! 🎉

Step 2 = 3 meal replacement products + 1 homemade 200-calorie meal (protein, veggies & salad) — simple, structured and totally doable even with a busy life.

👀 And here’s the honest bit…
I did exactly what I tell my clients NOT to do — I jumped on the scales midweek.
On Thursday, they told me I’d gained 2lbs.
I knew that couldn’t be right… but that moment could’ve easily knocked me off track.

Instead of spiralling, I trusted the process, stayed consistent, and kept going.
And look at the results now. 🙌

✨ Let this be your reminder:
The scales lie.
Your body is changing even when the numbers wobble.
Stick with it — the results WILL come. 💛

Back to my 3 products today and finishing with a Step 2–friendly chilli con carne and cauliflower rice tonight 🤤🔥

👉 No guilt. No wobble. Just focus and consistency.

Day 4 on Plan… but with a twist! 💁🏼‍♀️✨

Tonight I had a planned night out, so I moved up a Step to stay fully on track without missing out.
That’s the beauty of the One-to-One Diet — it fits real life, not the other way around. 💛

Today looked like:
👉 2 One-to-One Diet products
👉 A healthy, balanced choice from the menu (because progress > perfection)

I enjoyed my night out, stayed in control, and still feel proud of myself.
Consistency wins — even on social days! 🥂✨

Day 3 on Step 2 💪
Still going strong with my 3 products and 1 meal a day!
Tonight’s meal was a delicious tuna steak 🐟 — simple, satisfying, and totally on plan.

I’ll be honest, I felt a little hungrier today, so I listened to my body and switched things up — had my 200-calorie meal at lunchtime and treated myself to half a bag of Bites after. I’m saving the other half for later with a cozy cup of decaf tea ☕️

It’s all about balance, flexibility, and staying in control — one day at a time 💙

Today’s fuel:
🥤 Peach & Passion Fruit Yogurt Drink
🍑 Apricot & Almond Bar
🍽️ Air-fried Beef Koftas with Salad
🍊 Orange & Ginger Bites + a cozy cup of decaf tea ☕

✅ 3 litres of water
🚶‍♀️ Plenty of steps while out at my appointment
💪 Finishing the day feeling proud and fully on plan!

Every day I stick to it, I’m one step closer to my goals 🙌
