👉 Pick a protein-based main — think grilled chicken, fish, steak, omelette.
👉 Swap chips or creamy sides for salad or veggies.
👉 Be mindful with portions — you can always take the rest home.
👉 Keep drinks simple: water, sparkling water, or diet mixers.

Weight loss isn’t about perfection — it’s about balance and consistency. You can enjoy a meal out and stay on track 👏.

✨ What I Eat in a Day ✨

Maintaining over 3 stone weight loss isn’t about restriction – it’s about balance, choices, and fuelling my body well.

👉 I start my day with a One-to-One Diet shake + collagen for a nutrient-packed boost.
🥣 Lunch is a colourful homemade veggie soup – warming, filling, and full of goodness.
🍗 Dinner is a “fakeaway” Nando’s – lean chicken for protein, fresh salad for colour, and rice for energy.
🍫 And when I fancy chocolate? I choose a One-to-One Diet bar – it satisfies my sweet tooth and gives me nutrition.
