Thank you so much to Kate for her incredible service. I had hair thinning and sudden hair loss 4 months ago. She had a friendly, calm, caring and professional manner, during a time I felt very vulnerable and worried.
I was emotional and upset but she was reassuring and had fantastic knowledge in her field to be able to quickly diagnose me (androgenic alopecia and telogen effluvium combined), and set me on the right path of treatment.
Due to feeling overwhelmed at times she kept up communication via emails if I ever forgot information and gave me detailed written plans of my treatment plan/diagnosis / advice. This was all so invaluable. I could not have waited for the nhs service to gain this.
By the time I received my nhs dermatology my hair has already grown almost back to normal thanks to Kate. I stuck to her advice and it paid off and my hair has seen incredible results. Not just my hair but my confidence in myself too and thanks mostly thanks to Kate.
I also did not receive even half the information and detailed assessment/ support that she gave me. I am so pleased with the results and the process of going to her clinic. I would highly recommend her service. Big thank you again.
