It’s international Women’s Day and I started a reel but I was a month in to pics and 54 photos of amazing women. Then I thought a 28 day reel isn’t cool, (it would literally take that long!!)

So, in fear of boring you all to death and no doubt offending someone by missing them off I’m playing safe…

To the women who check in when I’ve checked out,
To the ladies who work the production line to pack my crisps,
The bagel bakers,
The fabulous ladies who have created the most wonderful networking opportunities where I have found life long friendships,
To the woman I have had to reschedule several times for colour analysis and still haven’t booked in 😳
To the best friends who get me through all day, everyday
To those thriving, those surviving,
The leaders, the followers and the lurkers,
To the beauty that brings me jacket potatoes, shares spaces and builds dreams,
The lady at Tescos who managed a grumpy me when there were no sandwiches left,
To the women who are starting on their journeys,
The mums who do it all!,
The women who get through another day,
Those who spill milk, run late and crash at 10am,
The daughters who are changing the world and making their mums proud EVERY SINGLE DAY,

What does colour mean to you??

Colour isn’t just something you wear. It’s something you feel.
For me, colour is confidence before you even speak. It’s energy, personality, mood and identity all wrapped up in one simple choice.

If you’re afraid you may leave the studio in neon pink then (well I can’t promise) but you are mistaken.
It may be a case of swapping black for navy or chocolate brown. It’s as simple as knowing what colours will lift as opposed to dull, drown or overpower.

We spend so much of our lives wearing colours we think we should wear, or colours that feel safe. But when you discover the shades that truly work with you, not against you, everything feels ‘better’.
Getting dressed becomes easier, choosing glasses becomes joyful, and the person looking back at you in the mirror feels more like… well, you.

Bloody shattered after my weekend away in our fabulous capital.

Worked hard, played hard and ate hard 🙈🙈

Back yesterday and what a beautiful day it was.
With a networking meeting Covem: Ladies Empowerment Circles with the force that is who pulled it out of the bag, lots of new fabulous ladies in the room.
Great meeting you all.
Followed by an afternoon of eyewear styling with some surprise visits.

Then home to BED 🛌

It’s been a great start to March, Spring, colour and new friendships ❤️
