I empower people with emotional and physical pain to take control of their health, feel a deeper connection to their body and tap into their intuition to transform their lives.
12 Week Transformational Health Program. Jodi’s personal struggles climaxed ten years ago when her whole life fell apart. She went down the conventional health care root of anti-depressants and seeing a psychologist with no change. It was then she took up yoga and began her energy medicine journey. With no initial intention of becoming a practitioner, her journey of self-discovery led to further study:

Eden Energy Medicine Certification Course; Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training Course; Diploma of Energy Psychology; Grace Method Practitioner Course; Omshakti Healer Course; Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki First & Second Degree Course and Advanced Hypnosis Course

With the transformation she experienced first-hand she felt she had to share its power and has been consulting in Australia, the UK face to face, and online for seven years. Jodi says, 'There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the transformational power of energy medicine and how it can change peoples’ lives.'

She is a fully insured member of International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT). Energy medicine works to balance the subtle energy systems of the body and create an environment so it can heal itself. It’s done by repatterning energy habits to restore optimal energy flow. Our bodies are designed to heal and work 24/7 to create homeostasis (balance). By working with the energy systems in and around the body, Jodi helps provide the ideal environment for the body to reach homeostasis. In order to reinforce the new energy habits, home-care in between appointments is part of the healing process. When the energetic body is balanced then both physical and mental health symptoms are less likely to present. With more intensive support, Jodi accesses the core of the problem, rather than simply treats the symptoms. Whilst Jodi has worked with hundreds of clients with many health conditions she specialises in chronic pain, hormonal imbalances and mental health, including ADHD. Energy Medicine also benefits other chronic conditions such as overweight, grief, overwhelm, infertility, prostate problems and many more. Until recently Jodi also worked as a Lead Cardiac Nurse in a catheterisation laboratory and has a vast array of qualifications and many years of experience. Qualifications and courses include:
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Post-Graduate Intensive Care, Advanced Life Support Provider Course, Conscious Sedation Course, Mental Health First Aider In The Workplace. She is a member of Nursing & Midwifery Council UK (NMC), Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA), Australian Nursing & Midwifery federation (ANMF). It is this combination of spiritual and clinical healing that makes Jodi’s work unique with the focus on releasing the ultimate you!

These are favourite trousers atm and they're a real family affair.

Earlier this year, back home in Australia for a visit, my sister bought the material.

I chose my much loved flares that were on their last legs and traced around them to create the pattern.

Then I bonded with my mum, an amazing seamstress, who showed me how to use her overlocker as we sewed the above creation.

I just love the memories and the frequency that wearing them makes me feel.
