🎉🎄 Getting Fit for the Holidays! 🎄🎉

As we approach the festive season, many of us are thinking about how to shed a few pounds before the holiday celebrations kick off. 🥳🎅🏼🕎🍾

If you're looking to feel your best before Christmas 🎄 , here are a few tips to help you on your weight loss journey:

1. *Set Realistic Goals*: Aim for small, achievable milestones rather than drastic changes. Don’t just measure success by lbs lost but also inches lost too. Think about how ton feel in yourself and all the none scale victories like being able to run after the kids easier. Every achievement counts!

2. *Stay Active*: Incorporate fun workouts into your routine! Whether it’s dancing, hiking, or joining a holiday-themed fitness class, find what you love. 💪

3. *Mindful Eating*: Enjoy some treats, but practice moderation. Savor each bite and listen to your body! Include them in your daily calorie count and even better find lower calorie options. I can help with this.

4. *Hydrate*: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help curb cravings and keep energy levels up. If you don’t like plain water then ask me about our water flavourings. I can even offer samples and you can drink it hot or cold.

5. *Support Each Other*: Let’s motivate one another! Share your progress, tips, or favorite healthy recipes in my fr33 Facebook group. Link in my bio or check out the comments. 💬

🌟 Today is a New Day and here are some tips to stay motivated 🌟

1. Don’t just measure success by pounds - measure it by inches lost; sizes lost; confidence gained; strength built etc. ⚖️💪🏻

2. Don’t expect miracles in days.
Set yourself mini-targets. 🎯

3. Go through your wardrobe and sell/donate all the clothes that are now too big for you.
This will make you realise how far you’ve come, encourage you to keep going and, you get to buy some nice new clothes! 👗👔

4. Do this for yourself.
You have to be 100% committed and confident in yourself to succeed. 💫

5. Experiment with healthy recipes, it can be fun! 🥘🥗🥑

6. Don’t skip meals or products as this may stall your weight loss.
Make sure you have all of your products as these have all of your essential vitamins and minerals when acting as a meal replacement. 🦴💊

7. Take lots of frequent progress pictures.
You’ll be so glad that you did when you reach your goal weight and can use them to motivate others wanting to lose weight 📸

8. Change how you see rewards. Don’t reward yourself with food. Choose things and experiences. 👗🎞 🎥 👠

9. Don’t aim for a specific ‘goal weight’. It’ll make it extremely frustrating when it’s time to maintain and your weight fluctuates slightly. Instead see how you feel about yourself when you reach a certain size or weight.

10. Keep a journal of your weight loss journey. Use your 1:1 record card to track your progress. 📔📱

They will offer you support and can suggest useful hints and tips to help keep you on track!

One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to lose weight is letting themselves get too hungry.

When hunger hits hard, it’s easy to grab the nearest thing — and that’s rarely the healthiest choice.

✨ Plan ahead!
Always have a healthy snack or one of your go-to products in your bag, car, or kitchen drawer. It could be a one2onediet bar, boiled egg, piece of fruit, or whatever fits your plan.

Back on plan properly and so amazed. The most I ever lost in a week when I first went on plan was 4lbs. Yesterday I weighed in after my first week and I’ve lost 4 & 3/4 lbs or if you prefer lbs it’s 1.93kgs. That’s almost 2 bags of sugar. Here’s hoping I do just as well at the end of week 2.

If you’re on a weight loss journey, drinking enough water is non-negotiable! Here’s why:

✅ Boosts Metabolism – Drinking water can help increase calorie burn throughout the day.
✅ Reduces Cravings – Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger. Stay hydrated and avoid unnecessary snacking!
✅ Aids Digestion – Water helps your body break down food and absorb nutrients properly.
✅ Flushes Out Toxins – Staying hydrated supports your body’s natural detox process.
✅ Improves Energy Levels – Dehydration can make you feel sluggish, while proper hydration keeps you feeling great!

Aim for at least 2-3 liters a day (or more if you’re active).
