Back on plan properly and so amazed. The most I ever lost in a week when I first went on plan was 4lbs. Yesterday I weighed in after my first week and Iโ€™ve lost 4 & 3/4 lbs or if you prefer lbs itโ€™s 1.93kgs. Thatโ€™s almost 2 bags of sugar. Hereโ€™s hoping I do just as well at the end of week 2.

Morning all. Soooooo I know Iโ€™ve been quiet in my fb groups and online in general but today is a fresh start on plan and I need to stick to plan properly now.

No more alcohol
No more cakes unless itโ€™s the 1:1 Diet mug cakes

So please help me stay accountable and stick to plan. Donโ€™t offer me any treats right now.

Mindset and willpower are strong. Iโ€™m focusing on my after photos and my why. I want to be back in all the nice clothes I bought when I lost weight originally with the 1:1 Diet. Theyโ€™re all a bit tight and Iโ€™m just not liking what I see when I look in the mirror. I want to be able to wear what I want and feel nice in my summer dresses.

So operation โ€œGet back to GOALโ€ is starting today. My goal weight is showing as 8 stone on the app just because I like round whole numbers but in reality my ideal weight to maintain is probably around 8st 3lbs. Iโ€™m focusing on half stones at a time. Check back with me next Monday to see how much I lose in my first week.
