Knowing he experiences sleeping episodes his support worker planned a full birthday week including snooker, shopping, the barber and meals out so no matter what, he wouldn't miss out.
He got to enjoy it all before a sleep episode on his actual birthday. Now THAT is what person centred support is all about! ✨🌟✨🌟
