5 Years to the day since I ruptured my Achilles
Here’s 5 things I learned
- Long term injuries are s**t but also an opportunity to work on your weaknesses or outside of your sport
- You have to relearn skills and movements that you first learned unconsciously
- You need a strong support network to keep you in a good mindset
- Enjoy life, more to you than just your injury. The positivity will help, trust me
- You can and will come back stronger providing you get the correct advice and support with your treatment, rehab and nutrition
