Are you feeling uncomfortable, in pain constantly, back ache, arm ache, shoulders ache? Trouble with your traps, lats? Suffering from an old injury? Do get in touch! We can discuss all of your concerns, what type of treatment suits you best, how YOU would like your session to go.

If you walk in and ask for a just a normal full body massage, I’m sorry, but that’s not what you’re going to get…unless Thoroughly discussed, what you will get is bespoke massage session catered to exactly what you need and want, I will ask about problem areas, we will discuss what you like and don’t like, what kind of massages you’ve had previously, and the results you want to gain from the session.
