All proceeds from this event will go to Maggie's Manchester, an essential support service for people affected by cancer.

After my short half term break classes will restart this Friday - 31st October 🎃 and Monday 3rd November. (How can it be November already?!)
We will be finishing the current block, focusing on hip mobility and strength work. Using the resistance bands to get the most from our movements.

Pilates. A great way to support participating in other sports. Making people stronger in ways they didn’t realise they needed it.

Of course we love this quote from England Rugby player George Ford in The Guardian 💙

This month of October is the 10th Birthday of both Holly Shanahan Physiotherapy and my Physio-Led Pilates classes at Withington Baths.

I am so very proud of my business. I am beyond grateful for all of my lovely Physiotherapy clients and my super loyal class attendees, some of whom have been with me from the beginning!

Always growing I have added workshops with other professionals to my repertoire in the last year and hope to continue to present more.

It has been rollercoaster with the Pandemic causing chaos and bringing up a young family alongside. But I am still here and continue growing as a practitioner, a business and a person.

Here's to the next 10 years, I hope you all will continue to come along with me. I am enjoying your company.

Starting tomorrow, we’re upgrading our Main Entrance and community garden to create a more beautiful and welcoming space for everyone! 🌿💪

While the work is underway, please use the Female Entrance (just to the left of the main doors) to enter the building. 🏊‍♀️➡️

✅ Still swipe in at Reception as usual:

2️⃣ Walk through the Café ☕

♿ The temporary route is fully accessible for all users, including wheelchairs and mobility aids.
