Rehab never felt so good….. rehab can be difficult mentally and physically.
Injuries have a lot of negativity linked to them.
I’m not going to lie, it is hard and takes a lot of energy.
I’ve been through all the emotions over the last few weeks and still waiting for appointments.
My advice, surround yourself with people that encourage you and motivate you. Focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t.
Move, no matter how small. Eat healthy. And most of all sleep. It’s the best recovery tool that is underrated!!!
