🪶For a while now, we have been pulled more towards sharing our work online, as a commitment to our growing community, and as a commitment to ourselves - as we always say - we need these practices to remember why we do this.
🪶Without fail, we are nourished by them, and mostly by sharing with women in support of one another.
🪶We know & understand that space for yourself can be limited, and we know and understand that means you need space for yourself even more because of that!
🪶Convenience can be a shortcut to ease and it can also be a short circuit to disconnect.
🪶So we are holding these online circles monthly to plan your and our time realistically.
🪶We are also keeping the price low to remove the element of financial stress.

For our first online circle we will practice the art of Sensuality
Sensuality is experienced when we give presence to the simple pleasures of our nature; to feel, to see, to hear, to smell, to taste, to breathe, to slow down, to soften, to return to forgotten desires.
We often put our own needs far down the list of values, and prioritise being practical over being sensual. Through logic we lose the art of enchantment and life feels more serious and heavy.
When we take the time to tune in to our sensuality, it sends an internal message that you choose yourself and raises your self belief. You start to radiate from the inside out.
