NHS IntraHealth is offering flu vaccinations for children aged 2–16 years — including nasal spray options and porcine-free vaccines. We’re also now vaccinating 2 and 3 year olds!

Free mental health training for Trafford residents who support others.

Trafford Council has partnered with Mind in Salford to offer free, high-quality Connect 5 mental health training for public sector workers and volunteers. The programme helps people build confidence and practical skills to support conversations with adults about mental wellbeing.

Module 1 dates are now available:

10 December 2025
15 January 2026
21 January 2026
22 January 2026
27 January 2026

Sessions take place at Trafford Town Hall or Sale Waterside and last around 3–3.5 hours.
