I deliver Yoga sessions which enhance athletic performance, positive attitude and mental stamina. I also offer Restorative Yoga for sports injuries and chronic health conditions. In addition, I deliver classes in offices and busy work environments, to help combat stress, anxiety and other mental health challenges. My classes involve classical asana, kriyas, pranayama breath work and relaxation techniques. My endeavour is to share my passion and knowledge of Yoga and help students reach their full potential and find harmony within themselves. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (300 hours) at the Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Wales, UK, in October 2020. Under the auspice and guidance of the greatly experienced teachers Yogachariya Jnandev & Yogacharini Deepika, I undertook an intensive residential Yoga teacher training course in Sanatan Yoga, a classical study of Hatha, Jnana and Raja Yoga. This style of yoga is inspired by the Holistic Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga developed in India. I am a qualified Basketball Coach (Level 2) and basketball player, a cycling fanatic and I love hiking, climbing and the occasional football game.
