I could not be any prouder. The awards just keep on coming for my groups.

Seven awards given out this morning. 35.5lb lost this week and 148.5 over the month.

Wondering what to make with wild garlic that you get in your Groobox?

Well I made this wild garlic pork hash, absolutely tasty and on plan!

It’s a recipe I just put together, so feel free to use it, add things to it and make it your own.

Wow! This is food heaven and all on plan with

Breakfast today was fruity, crunchy, smooth, sour and sweet and it was absolutely lovely, tasty and filling.

All bran, fat free Greek style yogurt, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, crunchy peanut butter and raisins.

Food from the past couple of days -

Breakfast barm - wholemeal barm, lean bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, cheese and hash browns.

Salmon salad with houmous, whipped feta, padron peppers and olives.

Wild garlic pork hash - this was bloody tasty!

Ravioli, Mediterranean sauce and cheese - yummy!!

How do I eat food like this, lose weight and enjoy it? The answer is easy - I just follow Slimming Worlds amazing Food Optimising plan and if you’d like to know more come along to any of my groups
