It's mental health awareness week, and it's time to take care of yourself. Bringing down those stress hormones simply means you can take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself also means you are taking care of your mental health.
1. Try remaining in the present.
2. Breathe in for 4 and then breathe out for 4.
3. when anxious, try and ground yourself and name 10 items in the room you are in.
