Tonight we got to celebrate our second slimmer of the month Della Byron- amazing work Della and some amazing losses once again tonight. 10 new members joining this evening with the FREE over still available for anyone new to Slimming World or who hasn’t been in at least a year and hasn’t used the free offer before. What a night on Tuesday- we crowned our 2 winners for Gorton 2025 Slimming World Woman of the year and had an amazing taster- sharing all the recipes and meals we each make and there was some amazing food that tasted soooo good.

Please let me introduce you to my 2 amazing members who have been nominated as 2025 Gorton’s Slimming world’s women of the year! Adele Ryan and Natalie Dagne- both so inspirational and it was great to hear from the and all the other ladies who were nominated last night. Adele has lost 6 and a half stone in 17 months and Natalie nearly 3 stone since the start of the year. The feedback that rang out why these amazing ladies are doing so well and the others nominated is the power of this group and how they all support each other with no judgement!

The council are still funding the first 12 weeks completely FREE for anyone new that lives in or close to Gorton so hope to see you next Tuesday- you too could be 2026 Gorton’s Man or Woman of the year!!!
