Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well!

I’d like to welcome you all back to my page. I’m sorry for seeming elusive these past few months, however I have been working at my current role as PT Leader at my new gym, G Squared Health Clubs. Now that I have gained a bit more time in my schedule I am opening up a few more slots for both my online and 1-2-1 personal training business.

I will be prescribing bespoke training programs, through the effective use of consultation and testing protocols to gather all the information I need about your current state of health. Whether it’s rehab, maintenance and improvement of chronic symptoms, other complex physiological conditions, or any other type of goal that can be improved through holistic and/or exercise practises, I can and will help you all, guaranteed!

As stated before, I offer both online and 1-2-1 formatting, to which I am excited to offer you the opportunity to train with myself at the stunning facility we have here at GSquared Health Club, with no membership required.

Hello everyone, and welcome to my page. My name is Jack Bennett and I am a health and fitness coach based in the Cheshire/Manchester area. I am coming to you all with a very exciting opportunity to kick-start and/or improve your current health and fitness lifestyle. I am offering a variety of different online health/training packages varying in size and content dependent on your health and fitness goals (The contents of these packages will be in explained in detail in my next post).

These are troubling times for everyone in the world right now; however your health should not be hindered because of this. Now is really a fantastic time for all you guys at home to take some of the extra time you have been given to work on YOU. You’ll thank yourself for it!

To give you guys a bit of background info about my experience thus far; I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Fitness from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa in 2018. From University I accepted a job at Equinox Health Clubs in the city of Chicago and became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). When I was there I had the pleasure of and meeting working alongside many very well-known coaches and managers in the health and fitness world. From the time working around my colleagues and managers, and the supplemental learning courses and tools given to us at Equinox, I was able to acquire multiple different specialized certifications including my certificates in Pre and Post Natal training, kettle-bell athletics, and health and performance nutrition. This has given me a diverse knowledge base of training various different special populations and modalities, along with knowledge of health and fitness as it relates to food also. So no matter what shape, size, age, you are, or what condition you are in both physically and mentally, I am here to help you with your goals should you wish for it.

What I have come to learn during my career so far is that health and wellness should be prioritised over everything. If you are not taking care of yourself, you may start to see that other aspects of your life are affected negatively because of this. Good thing is that health and wellness can be achieved by everyone, it’s just about how much effort you are willing to put in and the resources you have around you. The road for many can be tough but the rewards that you will gain from these lifestyle changes are immense and you’ll find that out for yourself when you get there.
This for some can be the start of a whole new journey and way of life, and that change can seem quite daunting. But if you wish to take this next step in your fitness journey, I would love to help you every step of the way.
