I used to wake up on a Sunday hanging. Head gone. Body aching. Writing the whole day off before it even started. Then I got sober. Started taking recovery seriously and started choosing something better for myself.

Now I run cacao ceremonies and the shift is obvious. More and more people don’t want that life anymore. They want to wake up fresh. Actually feeling good in their body on a Sunday.

That’s why Full Power exists. Community led spaces where people can come and let go without destroying themselves. We are building something that actually gives you more back.

Glasgow was a perfect example of that. The room was on it. You could feel people choosing something different for their future in real time. We are the Full Plower family and it’s only getting stronger 🤎

Shipping Cacao into the US 🇺🇸 We’ve been building this quietly for years. From hand packing cacao in the UK to moving containers across oceans and now stepping into America. Not because it’s easy, not because it’s guaranteed but because it feels like the next move we can’t ignore. I went out to Florida last month, sat in rooms with people I hadn’t seen in over a decade, and had to ask myself are we actually ready for this?
