This page is to help those who suffer with mental health issues and depression. I'm here to listen and talk to as i suffer from depression and mental health issues. I have suffered with suicidal thoughts but one day decided it was time to open up and share how i was feeling, by doing this I felt a sense of relief. I know there are so many people out there who suffer in silence and don't have anyone to speak too. This is the reason for creating this page. No one to judge just to share thoughts.
