Welcome to QueenKetoUK!

I started my journey after having my baby, i gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and got extremely down for a while after she was born. I found it extremely difficult trying to make time to go to the gym, this was due to lack of energy, sleep & motivation.

I was willing to try anything to help me manage day to day without slipping into depression, i was napping all day and night and wasn't being the mum i had hoped, a friend introduced me to pruvit pure therapeutic ketones.
