Debbie got to target last week how fantastic heres a few words from her ❤️🎉

Hello ladies and gents as you all know I got to target on weds night it’s been a long time coming this time round but just sticking to plan and being honest with myself has helped don’t get me wrong there has been times I’ve wanted to throw the towel in because I’d not got the result on the scales that I thought I should have. But staying to group every week and having the support of my fantastic Wednesday night group and a very good consultant in Vickki Goodwin is all part of the journey my only advice I would give anyone is stick with the plan cause when doing it right it really works xx
