Online Meditation Classes
This week marked the end of my 6-week beginners meditation course, and it was such a privilege to witness the quiet shifts that happened along the way. Expectations softened, confidence grew, and meditation began to feel more accessible and supportive rather than something to “get right.”
Because not everyone can attend live, I’ve created an online version of the course so more people can experience that same steady progression in their own time.
The full programme includes guided meditations, supportive affirmations, and thoughtful journal and reflection prompts to help you deepen your practice beyond the cushion. You’ll have lifetime access, so there’s no pressure to rush. You can move through it gently, in your own space, and return to the practices whenever you need them.
