Your 20s can feel full of pressure to get it right, look a certain way, and somehow have it all figured out. You don’t realise until later how much energy goes into that.

Your 40s hit differently, not because everything’s perfect, but because you’ve learned a few things the hard way and you stop fighting them.

These are the lessons I wish I’d known earlier that would’ve made things feel a bit lighter at the time 👉🏼

If you want support that grows with you, DM the word “SKIN” to get started or tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let’s create a plan that works with your face 💌

Sometimes it’s not about adding more, it’s about putting support in the right place.

This before and after is a great example of facial balancing done properly. We used a small amount of strategically placed filler to enhance the chin and support the jawline, bringing the lower face back into proportion with the rest of her features.

Nothing was overdone. Nothing was changed for the sake of it. The aim was balance. When the chin and jaw are supported correctly, the whole face looks more harmonious. Profiles soften. Features flow better. The face feels lighter and more aligned.

This is how I like to use filler. Not to chase trends or create volume everywhere, but to quietly improve structure so everything works together the way it’s meant to.

The result is subtle but powerful. You don’t see the treatment. You just see a face that looks more confident, more supported, and still completely her.

If you’ve ever felt like something looks slightly out of sync but you can’t quite put your finger on it, facial balancing might be the missing piece. Book a consultation, and we’ll talk through what would actually make sense for your face 💌

This International Women’s Day has me feeling a little nostalgic.

I’m throwing it right back to 2013 when I was part of the national “This Girl Can” campaign by Sport England. The whole movement was about tackling the gap in women’s participation in sport and showing that you didn’t have to look perfect, graceful, or polished to move your body. You just had to show up.

My tagline was “Sweating like a pig, feeling like a fox.” And honestly, it summed up exactly what the campaign stood for. Real women, real bodies, real effort, and the confidence that comes from doing something for yourself.

At the time it felt slightly terrifying being part of something so visible, but looking back I’m incredibly proud. It was about breaking down the idea that women should hold back, be quiet, or wait until they feel confident enough. Sometimes confidence comes after you take the leap.

That message still means a lot to me today, especially working with women every day who are learning to take up space, care for themselves, and feel good in their own skin.

Who remembers this campaign? And can you spot me in the video? Let me know in the comments below 👀💬

Running a clinic isn’t always easy, but I wouldn’t change it for the world 🤍

Some days are long. Some days are heavy. There’s responsibility, decision making, emotions, and the constant need to show up fully present for other people. But at the heart of it all is something that keeps me going every single day.

I love empowering women. I love watching someone walk in unsure, guarded, maybe a bit disconnected from themselves, and leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more at home in their own skin. Not because they’ve been changed, but because they’ve been supported.

For me, this work has never been about chasing perfection. It’s about helping you feel like the best version of you. The version that feels confident in their body, comfortable asking questions, and unapologetic about wanting to look after themselves.

Being trusted with that journey is a privilege. It’s why I care so deeply about doing things properly, about listening, about honesty, and about building plans that genuinely help women feel stronger and more confident over time.

So yes, running a clinic has its challenges. But being part of women reclaiming confidence, comfort, and self-belief makes every hard day worth it ✨️

So many women come into clinic saying the same thing, “I thought this was just something I had to live with.”

Pain that’s brushed off, discomfort that’s minimised, changes after childbirth or menopause that are shrugged away as normal.

Women’s health has spent far too long being rushed, simplified, or dismissed, especially when it comes to hormones, intimate health, pain, bladder changes, or feeling disconnected from your own body.

We’ve normalised coping instead of questioning, accepting instead of asking why.

Swipe to discover the importance of understanding what’s actually happening in your body, why it matters, and why you’re allowed to want better support than “that’s just part of being a woman”.

If you’ve ever felt unheard, unsure, or uncomfortable and wondered whether you should just put up with it, you don’t have to 👉🏼

Most people think muscle-relaxing injections are just about smoothing lines on forehead. And yes, they can do that beautifully, but in clinic, I use them for so much more than lines.

These treatments are really about balance. How muscles pull, where tension builds, what’s overworking and what needs a little support.

When you understand that, a whole world of options opens up that go way beyond the obvious areas. If you’ve ever thought, “I didn’t even know that was treatable,” this one’s for you 👉🏼

My clinic is a judgment-free zone, always 🩷

I work with real women, with real lives, real insecurities, real questions and very real boundaries. You don’t need to arrive confident, informed or decided - you just need to arrive as you are.

So before you talk yourself out of taking the first step, here are a few things I want you to know about what you’ll never be judged for when you sit in my chair 👉🏼

This transformation is a great example of what happens when we treat the skin and the cause of the lines, not just the movement. This patient wanted her forehead to look smoother and more rested, but still expressive and completely her 💉

We combined targeted fine line filler with PRP to do exactly that. The filler was placed very lightly to soften the etched lines rather than add bulk, while PRP worked underneath to improve skin quality, hydration and repair. It’s a regenerative approach that supports the tissue, not one that masks it.

The result is a smoother forehead, softer frown lines and skin that looks healthier and more luminous overall. She looks refreshed, well-rested and still moves naturally.

This is often the sweet spot for people who’ve tried muscle-relaxing injections alone and feel like something’s still missing, or for those who want improvement without losing expression.

These are immediate results, so there may be a little swelling that settles over the next few days. What remains is better texture, improved hydration and a more supported forehead.

If you’re bothered by forehead lines but don’t want that frozen look, book a consultation, and we’ll talk through what a tailored, skin-focused approach could do for you 💬
