We head to Wales tomorrow to prepare for our 4th Womb Retreat and something feels so special about holding this space with baby girl growing beautifully inside of me 🥹

I’m not quite sure how to articulate it but as well as holding the space for the women attending it feels like a monumental part of my own womb healing & clearing so my little babes has the healthiest and happiest space to continue growing in 💫

For me personally, this weekend feels as though it’s part of my preparation for motherhood 🥹

I know many women who do energy work stop holding space when they become pregnant but it’s made me want to do this work all the more because I know in my heart what’s being released in my clients is also being released in me which feels like creating the best version of myself to be baby girls mother and it excites me that she gets to be a part of such magical and transformational work 🥹🌹

The Womb Room Retreat | Jan 31st - Feb 3rd | Limited Early Bird Special 🌹

I received the most beautiful message after Sundays Womb Room 🥹💫

Honestly I’m so in love with this monthly class, each one gets deeper and deeper, every class has tears, insight, growth and even laughter.

The meditations continue to even blow me away as they just flow so naturally and intuitively.

The Womb Room really is a magical space and I’m reminded each month how grateful I am to be facilitating them 💫✨

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY 💃🏽😌 #35

It’s crazy that I’m turning 35 today because I still feel 5, 17, 23, 27, 31 and everything in between and I think that’s the beauty about getting older you still have a little piece of every version of yourself you’ve ever been tucked away inside of you and it shines when it’s needed 🥹🤍

So, I’ll reflect on & celebrate every age & version of myself today because they all led me here 🥰💫

I haven’t birthed a baby but I have babies.

I’ve held them and thought my heart could explode from the love I have for them.
I’ve watched them grow and protected them.
I’ve been the one they come to lighten the load of their little worlds.
I’ve beamed with pride over every first.
I’ve watched them when they’ve been mindlessly doing something and had a wave of emotions for how perfect they are.
I’ve had to learn to let go as they become women.
I’ve experienced the silly feeling of rejection as they begin to explore the world without me and depend on me less and less.
I’ve laughed with them, played with them, soothed them and scolded them.
I’ve watched my influence on them become apart of who they are as young women.
I get to hear me in their words and the way they show up in the world.

I may not have birthed them but that doesn’t mean I haven’t played a part in raising them.

And for that my heart bursts.. because if it wasn’t for how close me and my sister are that wouldn’t have been possible. If my sister didn’t trust me or didn’t allow it I wouldn’t have these relationships. I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to feel like a mum, auntie, friend and sister all wrapped into one.

Whether or not I have children, these two will always be my first babies, these two will have always given me my first experience of motherhood 🥹🤍
