Slip into deep rest and reset your nervous system with a grounding lunchtime outdoor sound bath in the beautiful surroundings behind the Hall. Just lie back and receive.

To secure your spot, a deposit will now be required at the time of booking. This helps me hold space more intentionally and avoid last-minute cancellations.
