I’ve created this series to gently explain what sound baths are, how they work, and what you might experience.

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath session where healing frequencies and gentle vibrations guide you back to center. Let the hum of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you and release the stress you didn’t even know you were holding.

📍 Location: Solido Wellness hub, 377a Palatine Road, Northenden M22 4FY
🗓 Date: Thursday 12th March
🕯 Time: 7-8pm
🎟️ Energy Exchange: £15 (DM to book) payment required upon booking.

Age 13+ No experience needed — just come as you are. Mats & blankets are provided (please feel free to bring your own cushions etc for extra comfort) warm comfortable clothing is recommended.

Please note that sound bath meditation is not suitable if you:

Wear certain hearing aids;
Have a pacemaker
Suffer from seizures
Are pregnant (1st trimester)
