Yesterday while picking fruit and veg from a client’s garden we’ve been working on together, I said, “Next stop, the allotment.”

He looked at me in disbelief, like it was the first time he realised that all the small steps we’ve been achieving had led to this moment.

From not leaving the house in over a year… to now working towards independently mobilising to an allotment. 🌱✨

It’s the little goals that add up to the biggest changes. 💚
