Winter Solstice Radiance: An Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath for the Feminine Soul
As the longest night of the year descends, marking the profound depths of Winter Solstice, we invite you to embrace its mystical energy with a truly transformative journey. Picture a sanctuary bathed in soft, ethereal glow, designed exclusively for women to move, release, and replenish their spirits.
We are envisioning a unique Ecstatic Dance and Sound Bath event to honour this powerful turning point, a time for introspection, planting seeds of intention, and rekindling your inner light.
The Journey Begins: Sacred Movement (60-75 minutes) Step into a darkened, cozy space, adorned with twinkling galaxy lights and the gentle flicker of candles, creating an atmosphere of celestial comfort. Our Ecstatic Dance will guide you through a profound exploration of self. We'll begin with gentle guided and grounding exercises, inviting you to arrive fully in your body and the present moment. From there, the music will slowly build, starting with soulful, slow tempos that encourage intuitive, fluid movement.
As the journey unfolds, the live DJ set – inspired by the deeply spiritual and expansive sounds of artists like Sam Garret and DJ Mose – will gradually elevate the energy. You'll be invited to shed inhibitions, allowing your body to move freely, expressively, and authentically, finding your rhythm in the escalating tempo. This is a space of pure liberation, a chance to dance out what no longer serves you and reclaim your vibrant essence. The music will then gently guide us back down, softening and slowing, preparing your mind and body for a seamless transition into deep stillness.
Harmonizing into Stillness: The Sound Bath (60 minutes) As your ecstatic movement gently subsides and your energy harmonises, you'll melt into the profound vibrations of our signature 60-minute Sound Bath. Here, surrounded by the resonant frequencies of gongs, crystal bowls, and other sacred instruments, you’ll journey into a state of deep relaxation and cellular reset. The sound bath offers a powerful space for integration, healing, and allowing the insights and energy from your dance to settle within.
This is a female-only event, a safe and nurturing container for sisterhood and shared experience.
