The Summer Holidays have flown by and it is back to school time next week! 🎒🚌

Make sure your child has an up to date Personalised Asthma Action Plan and spare reliver inhaler to give to school.

If you do not have an Asthma Plan please contact your GP and arrange an asthma review ASAP.

The Community Asthma Team is here to help children whose asthma is difficult to manage — working alongside families to improve control, reduce flare-ups, and help kids breathe easier. 💙

- do NOT let the dose counter on your steroid inhaler run out
- Remember to use a spacer with your metered dose inhaler
- Make sure you collect your preventer inhaler regularly
- Remember to book your annual asthma review with your GP 👩‍⚕️
